Archer Homes is a locally owned and operated family business that provides old-fashioned service combined with quality building work. We specialize in all types of renovations and makeovers, new homes and units, in the Northern Rivers area.  Michael Archer, a local builder, has been in the industry for over 14 years. His wife, Tracey, whose previous experience is in business and sales management in newspapers, now works the office from home.

Before the establishment of Archer Homes, Michael previously worked for large home builders, undertaking building projects in Ballina, Lennox Head, Lismore and surrounds.

 Archer Homes commenced in 2003 and we have built each year with new business and return business from our valued clients. Our clients have direct access to the person who owns and runs the business. We continue to establish a reputation for quality building work with customer satisfaction high on our priority list. As Michael is a local builder, he has the knowledge to ensure building works are ideally suited to the conditions, and has the ability to solve design problems in collaboration with the clients needs.

We build to best trade practice standards, employing local quality sub-contractors and using local businesses where possible to source materials for our client’s projects. We continue to grow our business and help people to realize their lifestyle and equity dreams through improving and building homes.
